- A Shopping cart: the shopping cart in the E-commerce acts like a store which contains all the products, materials, catalogues with their price ready fro sale. When any customer visits the sight, he firstly looks at the shopping cart and then looks for all the important things that he requires. Once he has selected the items, he will be shown the total amount that he has to pay for the selected items. At this point if he wishes to drop off a few things, then he can remove some of the items from the cart. Then the customer is given the choice and the options to pay the amount through the various credit cards and then complete the transaction process.
- The Payment gateway service provider: the payment process is completely looked up by the payment gateway service provider who will accept the credit card from the customers. Usually all the banks and the authorized companies are given the right to accept and process the credit cards online. These will provide a payment gateway software that has to be integrated into the e-commerce site’s website for a safe transaction.
- Amalgamate the Payment gateway with your site: finally, after the payment software is integrated into the website, the software will perform the transaction safely and in a secured manner.
